Our Services. VolturesRental delivers Trash Removal, Furniture Removal, Appliance Removal, Construction Debris Removal, Property Cleanup. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://volturesrental.com is the property of VolturesRental or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. VolturesRental reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. VolturesRental does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, VolturesRental's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold VolturesRental harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
